Perfect for beginner members and those more experienced looking to showcase their skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to put training into practice, build confidence and gain valuable experience in a controlled, light-contact environment.
Competitors will be evenly matched by age, size and experience, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to challenge themselves in a safe and supportive setting.
There are no winners or losers — just learning, improving and being proud of your progress. Every competitor receives a medal or trophy!
